Win Motivational Digital is a self & career counselling, mentorship, and life-coaching practice based at New Judicial Court Complex, Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab — 144205, India. The Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or above. Users below 18 may engage the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be considered the contracting party for all purposes.

Our Services are educational, motivational, and developmental in nature. They are designed to support clarity of thought, decision-making, and personal growth. The Services are not a substitute for licensed psychiatric or medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or any other regulated professional service. If you are experiencing a mental-health emergency or any condition requiring medical attention, please contact a qualified medical professional or call your local emergency helpline immediately.

Any guidance, written plan, or recommendation issued during a session is an informed opinion based on the information you provide. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you take and the actions arising from them.

Plans, fees, and inclusions are listed on the Site (Mentorship Basic ₹3,500, Standard ₹5,500, Premium ₹7,500 per month, and other consultancy services). Fees are payable in advance, in Indian Rupees (INR), via the payment methods we indicate at the time of booking. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

A session is considered “conducted” once we have begun the conversation, whether in person, by telephone, or by video call.

• Before the first session: You may cancel and receive a full refund of fees paid, subject to a deduction for any payment-gateway charges.
• After the first session is conducted: Fees are non-refundable. This applies to single consultations and to mentorship plans alike — once the first session of a plan has begun, no refund will be issued for the remainder of that plan.
• Rescheduling: A scheduled session may be moved without charge if you give us at least 24 hours' written notice (WhatsApp or email). Late rescheduling or no-shows will count as a conducted session.
• Practitioner cancellation: If we cancel a session for any reason, you may choose either a free reschedule or a refund of that session's pro-rata fee.

What you share in a session is held in confidence. We will not disclose the content of your sessions to any third party, except (i) with your written consent, (ii) where disclosure is required by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction, or (iii) where we form a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm to you or another person.

By engaging the Services you agree to:

• Provide truthful information so that the guidance offered is meaningful;
• Treat the practitioner with courtesy and respect during sessions;
• Not record audio or video of any session without explicit prior consent;
• Not redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any written plan, worksheet, or material we share with you, without our written permission.

We reserve the right to discontinue Services, with a pro-rata refund of unused sessions, if these terms of engagement are breached.

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, illustrations, written articles, branding, and logos — is owned by Win Motivational Digital / Jaswinder Kaur or licensed to us, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable international laws. Articles published in Ajit Newspaper appear on this Site with the publication's permission and are linked back to the original source. You may share links to our content; you may not republish substantial extracts without prior written consent.

The Site contains links to third-party websites (including Instagram and Ajit Newspaper). We do not control these external resources and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, or privacy practices. The contact form on this Site is delivered via Formspree, a third-party form-handling service; their terms apply to the technical processing of submissions.

The Site and the Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own actions.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you in connection with the Services shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you for the specific Service to which the claim relates. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of opportunity, profits, savings, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Win Motivational Digital and Jaswinder Kaur against any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practice or in applicable law. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or the Services after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hoshiarpur (and the seat of practice at Dasuya), in the State of Punjab, India.
