— The Founder

Jaswinder Kaur, Founder of Win Motivational Digital.

I was born in Batala, in Punjab’s Gurdaspur district. I completed my graduation and master’s degree at Baring Union Christian College, Batala (2006–2007), where I had the honour of serving as Head Girl and as the editor for the master’s section. In 2008 I completed my B.Ed., with Psychology as my main subject and Computer as my additional one — a pairing that would shape everything to follow: Computer gave me practical tools for my professional journey, while Psychology gave me a deep understanding of how people think and behave. I began teaching in 2009 at a CBSE school in Batala, and then taught for two years at my own alma mater, Baring Union Christian College — returning as a lecturer to the very college where I had once been a student remains one of my proudest, most memorable experiences.

After marriage, I had planned to pursue a Ph.D. On careful reflection, I chose to keep the Ph.D. as a secondary priority and made Computer my primary focus.

I then joined a company in Jalandhar, working entirely online. Alongside training teachers and lecturers, I guided students and individuals through DMIT (Finger Scan), Brain-Lobe Analysis, Human-Nature Assessment, and the choice of the right career stream. Over nearly two years there, I gained in-depth experience in helping people find their right direction — and from that work grew my journey as a Parenting Coach and an online Counsellor.

I went on to study Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, and the IT sector, developing my skills across these fields. With a teacher’s and lecturer’s foundation in Psychology and a strong command of Computer, I realised I no longer wished to teach within schools or colleges — I had a strong desire to do something different and create a path of my own.

I began sharing my experience and knowledge more widely, and started writing for Ajit, one of Punjab’s most respected newspapers. My articles later appeared in Punjabi Jagran, and then in Mehram, a renowned Punjabi magazine. So began my journey as a writer — using my columns to carry my experience and insight to a far wider audience.

By weaving together knowledge from these different fields with my own experience, I developed an approach that is genuinely my own. Drawing on my background as a teacher, lecturer, and counsellor — and my grounding in Psychology — I found I could read people’s mindset and identify their real concerns with ease.

On the strength of that experience, I have conducted numerous seminars in schools and colleges, and have been invited as the Chief Guest at several institutions — work that led to my recognition as a Career Counsellor. But my goal was never limited to helping people meet their self-development or career targets; I wanted to bring positive change into their lives. It is with that vision that I continue my journey as a Counsellor.
