We collect only what is necessary to respond to your enquiry and provide our Services:

• Information you provide voluntarily through the contact form: full name, phone number, email address, the Service you are interested in, and the message you write to us.
• Information you share during a session: the personal, educational, professional, family, and emotional context you choose to share so that we can offer meaningful guidance.
• Standard hosting logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) records ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser type, referrer, and the pages requested, for the purpose of operating and securing the Site. We do not use these logs to identify you personally.

We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other advertising or behavioural-tracking pixel on this Site. We do not place advertising cookies. The only third-party processor involved in routine Site operation is the contact-form handler (see Section 6).

Information is used solely for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a first conversation;
• To deliver the Services you have engaged us for;
• To prepare written plans, recommendations, or follow-ups arising from a session;
• To send occasional Service-related communication (session reminders, schedule changes, payment confirmation);
• To comply with applicable law, court orders, or regulatory requirements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send promotional or marketing communication unless you have specifically asked to receive it.

In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process personal data on the basis of:

• Your consent — given when you submit the contact form or engage the Services;
• Performance of the engagement — to deliver the Service you have signed up for;
• Legitimate purposes — record-keeping, billing, and the security of the Site.

Anything you share during a session is held in confidence. It is not shared with family members, employers, educational institutions, or any third party — except (i) with your written consent, (ii) where disclosure is required by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction, or (iii) where we form a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm to you or to another person.

Brief, anonymised reflections from sessions may occasionally appear in Jaswinder Kaur's public writing or columns. In such cases, identifying details (names, cities, family circumstances) are altered or removed so that the individual cannot be identified.

The following processors handle a narrow slice of data on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. — hosts this Site and stores routine server logs.
• Formspree, Inc. — receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to our practice email. Form data is stored in their system in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Email and telephone providers (e.g., Google Workspace, telecommunications operators) — used in the ordinary course of replying to your enquiry.

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and contracts; we share only the minimum information required for them to perform their function.

The Site does not place tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookies that may appear are essential cookies set by our hosting provider for security and basic site operation. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies; the Site will continue to function normally.

Contact-form submissions and email correspondence are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and thereafter for a maximum of three years for record-keeping, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g., tax records). Session notes are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards to support continuity of care, after which they are securely destroyed.

We take reasonable, commercially appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information — including device-level access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS) on the Site, and limited access to session notes. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure; you share information at your own discretion, and we encourage you not to send highly sensitive information (e.g., financial credentials, identity-document scans) by email or contact form.

You have the right to:

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct any inaccurate information;
• Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal record-keeping obligation;
• Nominate, in writing, another individual who may exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity (as provided under the DPDP Act, 2023);
• Raise a grievance with us about how your information is handled.

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 18. Where the Services are provided to a minor, the parent or legal guardian is the contracting party, and personal information about the minor is collected only with the guardian's involvement.

The Site is hosted by Vercel, which may store and process server logs outside India. By using the Site, you understand that such routine technical data may be processed in jurisdictions with different privacy frameworks. Substantive personal data you share with us (form submissions, session content) is held within India under our direct control.
